Halloween Fun

Halloween was a lot of fun...Eric was a monkey, Justin was the Mountineer fan club on Facebook, and I was a vampire...=) I was able to go to a halloween dance with Amy, Krista and Katie at my friend Irene's house and got tons of exercise on friday. On Halloween we went to trunk-or-treat at the church and then around the neighborhood. Eric loved it! He was perfectly happy in his wagon for two hours! Justin is loving the candy, and I was...I started working out with my friends on P90X today...we are cutting back on sweets too...Yeah! Oh, the picture with Grandpa Hamrick and Arianna was taken when they were here for Eric's birthday, I just didn't want to ruin the Halloween post by putting it up early.

(Here is Eric with opening his present from his best friend Cash...it was also his birthday and the birthday babies were all wearing long sleives and overall... :) Sorry that I don't have more pictures of Eric's birthday...I had my mind on other things... Justin's family got some good pics but they are gone...I'll have to have Sarah e-mail them to me. Eric's party was so fun...we were sad that Grandma Smith and Katie couldn't be there, but we had both grandpas and Grandma Hamrick there and we got to meet Eric's only cousin from Justin's side, Ariana, for the first time! Justin's sister, Sarah, Amy, Krista and Jared were also there...We also had a lot of our best college friends and our closest friends in Idaho there. We are so greatful for our many friends that help us so often that we could never repay them... One of the best things from the night was watching Eric going around trying to play with all of the big kids as if he could do everything the could...it was amazing! It was kind of like he was saying, "I'm one now; I've got this." LoL I love watching him grow! The food, music, and company was great! Thanks to everyone that was able to make it!

Some of the amazing animals we saw at the Idaho Falls zoo with some of our friends, the Tavarez's and Ventura's, and Katie and Jared...It was fun...we are blessed with some really good friends!

Our first, real, family vacation was to California, and we had so much fun! We stayed in St. George for a few days and then drove down to Cali early so that we could go camping with Kenny at San Onofre while Laura was in New Mexico. Summer and JR came on Friday and on Saturday we went to Laguna Beach. On Sunday we were able to go to the old ward and got to visit Justin's aunt and cousins! Wednesday we went to Disneyland for mine and Laura's birthday...we both got in free and had tons of fun...we also met up with different family n friends that day to eat. We got to go to Hollywood and to Huntington beach! We had tons of fun...I think we ended up being in Cali for 18 days...LoL Thank you Laura and Kenny for everything...we miss you and can't wait for Thanksgiving!

Happy Easter everyone! LoL So it is a little late to be posting these pictures, but here they are! Eric was ready for a nap...the pictures are still cute though...we were lucky enough to have Justin's family here...we should have gotten some pictures of them too...too bad. We were disapointed that Sarah, Donnie, and Ariana weren't able to make it. We still haven't met Eric's only cousin on daddy's side....so sad! She is a year old now...
